Originally built in 1940 and purchased by AHC Inc. in 1985. Seven-acre, garden-style apartment complex is undergoing substantial rehabilitation. Eighteen-month, historic renovation is completely updating all units, including new kitchens, baths, windows, electrical, plumbing, individual hot water heaters, individual HVAC systems and new roofs. New community room and leasing office to be constructed in existing space.
